Ian very kindly waited for us, then told us the wonderful story about the distillery and its history both illegal and (now) legal. The rum is terrific, and the gin even more so. May 1, 2021Really lovely gin made by someone who obviously has a love for what he does. Makes most shop brought gins seem plain. If drank as suggested with grapefruit and basil makes an beautifully refreshing G&T with a slightly sweet edge. Highly recommended, I will be visiting again.
